Terms and Conditions

By posting on this forum, you agree to use Vicon Forums in accordance with the
following rules.

I hereby acknowledge that I am requesting access to utilize an information-sharing
forum provided by Vicon, and that my participation in any of the online forums
provided on this web site is contingent on my agreement to the following terms and
conditions.

1. You must be 18 years of age or older to post in a Vicon forum.

2. Each member will be respectful of other users and will not knowingly or
willingly post any material that is hurtful to other members. To do so is reasonable
and just cause for temporary or permanent banning from the Vicon forums. All users
agree to use the Vicon forums only to send and receive messages and material that
are proper and related to the particular forum. By way of example, and not as a
limitation, the user agrees that when using a forum, the user shall not:

Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as
rights of privacy or publicity) of others.

Publish, post, distribute, or decimate any defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent,
offensive, or unlawful material or information.

Advertise or offer to sell any goods or services, or engage in surveys, contents, chain
letters, or for any commercial purposes.

3. The administrator(s) of Vicon do not screen or edit messages posted in
the forums or any other user-created content. However, we reserve the right to
monitor said content and to remove any objectionable material at any time, and in
our sole discretion. Forums are not moderated on a continuous basis; given the
interactive nature of the forums, Vicon cannot guarantee that all messages posted
are appropriate. Members are advised that they assume all responsibility for any
risk of viewing inappropriate messages. Should a member find an inappropriate
message, they are encouraged to email the administrator at forum@vicon.com.
Decisions of administrator(s) are final.

4. The administrator(s) reserve the right to make any modification we deem
necessary or desirable to any message posted. You remain solely responsible for the
content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owners/
administrator(s) of the Vicon Forums with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s). By registering and making posts, you agree to abide by the Forum rules.

Further, you agree that any messages and its complete contents become the sole and
exclusive property of Vicon. We have the sole and exclusive rights to modify, delete, or
make any use whatsoever in the Forum and in any other location and medium, of all
content posted. The administrator(s) makes no representations regarding the amount
of time that the Forum or any other site content will be preserved by the Vicon Forum.

5. Although this includes links providing direct access to other Internet sites,
Vicon takes no responsibility for the content or information contained on those other
sites, and do not exert any editorial or other control over those other sites. Forum
members visit third party sites at their own risk.

6. Your participation in the Forum and other web site features of are at your own
risk. If you are dissatisfied with any feature, operability, contents, this agreement,
other agreements imposed as a condition of usage, or any other component of this
forum, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the services.

7. The Vicon Forum is open only to verified Vicon customers.

As with any growing service, occasionally it will be necessary to modify and update
this Users’ Agreement. Should this occur, the new agreement will be posted and
members will be advised by the administrator(s). Vicon holds each user responsible
for having current knowledge and understanding of the Vicon Users’ Agreement.

Use of Vicon Forums constitute acceptance of the current Users’ Agreement and as
such, releases the owners/administrator(s) of this forum from any and all liability.
The administrator(s) of the Vicon Forums may terminate your account if it believes, in
its sole discretion, that you have violated any of the terms of this agreement.
